1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Personalized or customized gifts (unless defective).
• Perishable items such as chocolates or edible products.
• Opened or used items.
• Clearance or final sale items.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please share photos of the product and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours if not yet processed or shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
