• Only regular-priced items are eligible; clearance or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Custom or made-to-order furniture.

• Assembled or used items.

• Clearance or discounted products.

• Mattresses, cushions, or upholstered furniture once used.

• Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping fees, assembly charges, and service fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

7. Order Cancellations
